Mark founded Altea in 2015 and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm and for the commercial aspects by maintaining strong relationships with a broad international network of clients and intermediaries.

 

He is a seasoned professional in the trust and corporate services business having more than 20 years of experience and has fulfilled various senior management positions in multiple jurisdictions, like Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Curacao and Spain.

 

Mark holds a Master degree in Business Economics from the “Vrije Universiteit” in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

 

A native Dutch speaker, Mark is also fluent in Spanish and English and has a good knowledge of French, German and Portuguese.

Etienne joined Altea in 2015 and is responsible for the implementation, organization and day-to-day management of Altea’s clients.

He started his career in 2008 with a well-known global trust company in a client services team where he gained extensive knowledge and experience in all operational aspects of the trust and corporate services business.

Etienne holds a Bachelor degree in Accountancy and Tax from the “Haute École de Namur-Liège-Luxembourg” in Arlon, Belgium.

A native French speaker, Etienne is also fluent in English and has a good knowledge of Spanish.

Laetitia joined Altea in 2016 and is responsible for the legal, corporate, and compliance matters of Altea’s clients.

Before joining Altea, she worked for a large global trust company for 10 years where she gained extensive knowledge and experience in corporate and legal matters for a portfolio of multinational private and corporate clients.

Laetitia holds a Bachelor degree in Law from the “Haute École Saint Martin” in Liège, Belgium.

A native French speaker, Laetitia is also fluent in English.

Anthony Audia

Anthony joined Altea in 2016 and is responsible for the financial and tax matters of Altea’s clients.

He started his career in 2008 by joining a global audit firm. Later on he worked for a well-known global trust company in a client services team where he was responsible for accounting and tax compliance related matters for a portfolio of multinational private and corporate clients.

 

Anthony holds a Bachelor degree in Management and Finance from the “Institut Universitaire de Technologie” IUT in Nancy Charlemagne, France.

A native French speaker, Anthony is also fluent in English and has basic understanding of Spanish and Italian.

Rachel Trost

Rachel joined Altea in 2022 and is responsible for the day-to-day office management and administrative services of Altea and its clients.

Before joining Altea, Rachel gained experience in several administrative functions in various sectors and international environments in Luxembourg.

Nuno Costa

Nuno joined Altea in 2019 and is responsible for the Portuguese operation day-to-day management, client relationship and senior supervision of the client files.

 

He is a seasoned professional having more than 17 years of experience in audit & finance. He started his carrier in a Big Four Audit firm where he assumed several management and senior management roles with national and multinational clients. In the last years he assumed leadership roles in the finance area and financial aspects in a multinational firm represented worldwide in more than 50 countries.

 

Nuno is a Statutory Auditor since 2011 and a Certified Accountant since 2002. Nuno holds a degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Auditing from the Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração de Lisboa in Lisbon, Portugal.

 

A native Portuguese speaker, Nuno is also fluent in English and has a good knowledge of Spanish.

Jean graduated in BTEC Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from the School “Julie Daubié” in Rombas, France.

 

A native French speaker, Jean is also fluent in Italian and has good knowledge of English.

Jérémy holds a Bachelor degree in Accountancy, Bank & Finance from the “Haute École Robert Schuman” in Libramont, Belgium.

 

A native French speaker, Jérémy is also fluent in English and has basic understanding of Spanish and Dutch.
